Jewelry, Beads, and Lapidary-related items.

The San Luis Obispo Gem & Mineral Club holds two shows a year.

We inherited the annual June Cayucos Gem, Mineral, & Jewelry Show from the now-defunct Estero Bay Gem & Mineral Club. This year was the 50th installment of this show.

That show is held on Father's Day Weekend each year.

Past club president Bob Hurless earlier this decade created an October Cayucos Gem, Mineral, & Jewelry Show. This year will be the 9th installment of this show.

That show is held the weekend following Columbus Day Weekend each year. For those of you who do the rock show circuit this show always comes on the weekend following the Big Sur Jade Festival.

Both shows are held at the Cayucos Veterans Hall next to the Cayucos Pier.

Admission is always free and we have free door prizes.

We welcome displays but need you to bring your own and contact us beforehand so we can make space for you. We automatically invite the other two Central Coast clubs, to wit, the Santa Lucia Rockhounds and the Orcutt Mineral Society to set up a display at both our shows.

We always have a Santa Maria-style barbecue out in back in the barbecue area which also features plenty of seating.
